Once you arrive you’ll see there is a numbered sign at your parking spot. Call the office number to let Lynae know you have arrived, tell her your parking spot number. If you don’t get through the first time hang up and call again. Don’t leave a message that you are there keep ringing through till your call is answered.
We will come out to ask you some health questions and take your temperature. Once we have completed this process we’ll have you put on your mask. If you don’t have one we do have cloth masks that have been sterilized for you to use.
I can’t say how long this protocol will be in place, until we are told otherwise by the Iowa Board of Dentistry this will be the entry process for the office. Thank you everyone.
