We are often asked if it is okay for kids (and adults!) to chew gum. The answer is YES! In fact, the American Dental Association (ADA), says that although sugary chewing gum may cause tooth decay, sugar-FREE gum can aid in cleaning teeth, by increasing saliva in the mouth, which washes away plaque. **Chewing gum is NOT an alternative to brushing and flossing twice a day! #bubblegum #cleanteeth #sugarfree #brushandfloss
