Happy Boss's Day to Dr. Broadbent! Thanks for being so awesome!
Dr. Broadbent has been our family dentist for over 25 years, I was a teenager when we first met with him. Now, I am happily married with two teenagers of my own and he continues to be our family dentist. Along with a wonderful crew of talented and helpful dental hygenists and always friendly front end staff, Dr. Broadbent is the only dentist I wholeheartedly trust my family with. He always is informative, honest and very gentle when it comes to any dental needs. He also has always called us at home to check up on us if we have any major dental work done, to find out how we're feeling and ask if we have any questions or concerns. I've never heard of another dentist or doctor checking in on their patients like that. I've always, and without hesitation, recommended Village Dental to my friends and coworkers. Thanks for being so awesome, each and every one your staff is a true credit to your business.

Welcome to Village Dental-Creating World Class Smiles!

In the past 20 years, Dr. Broadbent has built a reputation in the community for combining modern, up-to-date dentistry with a compassionate, service-oriented attitude. Whether you’re interested in preventive hygiene care, periodontal care, or full-mouth restoration with crowns or implants, you can rest assured that your results will exceed your expectations.

A huge thank you to our amazing community for helping to keep us safe. Here is Dr. Broadbent rocking his new PPE. The face shield courtesy of Kitsap COVID-19 PPE Maker Team and his fashionable head covering made by Dr Thornton’s daughter, Camille. Thank you so much for looking out for us!!

[05/16/20]   We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months and we are looking forward to resuming some semblance of normal. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are designed so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act (WISHA). We regularly monitor the recommendations of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new mandates or guidance that may be issued.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff and to comply with regulations. For example:
• Our office will communicate with you prior to your appointment to ask some health screening questions.
• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients and we will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you.
• Upon arrival for your appointment, we ask that you remain in your vehicle, if possible, and call or text the office to inform us of your arrival. A member of our team will greet you to take your temperature using a contactless thermometer and you will be asked to complete a screening questionnaire.
• Patients should arrive wearing a face covering and upon entry to the office use the hand sanitizer provided.
• We ask patients to enter the office unaccompanied, if possible. For those patients who need a guardian to accompany them, we ask that this be limited to a single individual who will accompany them in the clinical area.
• Clear plastic screens (sneeze guards) have been installed at the front desk to minimize exposure to airborne pathogens and air purifiers have been added throughout the office to help improve the air quality for all patients, family members, and staff.
• Dr. Broadbent and the Clinical staff will be wearing all of the recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to keep everybody safe during your visit.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 360 697 3331.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.
Sincerely,
Dr. Broadbent and the Village Dental Team

[09/20/17]   We received such a lovely email from one of our patients. It's always great to hear feedback, we really do appreciate it.

Well, I love you all. The entire team is great, competent and professional. It is always great to see all of you periodically. I have had so much dental work thru the years that I usually get to know everyone just by my periodic visits to correct my teeth. The staff is always very friendly and upbeat unlike my current job. Everyone enjoys working with their associates at Village Dental and it reflects directly positively to your clients. Thanks for your always consistent service and positive attitude.
