Afternoon selfie before getting my filling and temporary crown.
** *UPDATE 7/8/2020 ***
I want to give a HUGE shout out to the ladies who helped us resolve this issue:

1) Wylan Taylor with Choice Recovery - the manager at the collection company who took full responsibility for the outrageous billing issue (the $5.89 million invoice - 😂). She took down all our information on dates, payments info, etc and said she would reach out to LFD to resolve.

2) Marilyn at LFD - she reached out to us quickly due to this review and has already spoken with Choice Recovery to remove us from collections, apply the payments correctly and write-off the remaining balance (~$17) for our trouble. The last part wasn't necessary, but is appreciated.

We understand the pandemic caused billing hiccups and it was hard to resolve issues during the last several months. I'm glad this is all resolved finally.

Let me say that EVERYONE at LFD has been friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. I hated writing the bad review, but the billing issue had to be dealt with.

We will continue to book our dentist appointments with them again soon.
Not trying to be difficult during these hard times but please respect your patients' time as we respect yours. Love the safety precautions, but not the fact that I was called to come early and then sat in my car for 40 minutes. Saw dr. and nurse come in with cart of sanitizers after I had been in my car 15 minutes. Not good PR.
My Dental assistant Tammy was great made me feel so comfortable and took her time can’t wait to see her again Great customer cell service. From check in to check out
I have been going to this office for several years They r professional and so kind to the patients. I will continue to go there feel very comfortable and I have been told I have the best smile and teeth. Thank you Lakeside
Wonderful staff and dentist..professional and prompt services and very reasonable prices..
Fantastic doctors, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable 👍
Awesome people in an awesome practice! I am not afraid to "see the dentist"! Just finished a visit today and really appreciate all aspects of clinical practice I see at Lakeside, from the waiting room experience, to being advised of costs before treatment, receiving the treatment (I was even provided 'shades' to dim the bright light above my head as Nia cleaned my teeth), scheduling the next visit and squaring up my account when I was finished. These are truly happy people who love what they do and show their appreciation for their patients. Thank you!
Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community.

Our Welcome Kits feature and direct these new families to a small number of local businesses for the goods, services & professionals that they need to find.

Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one Dentist, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being featured in our local Welcome Kits.

It is worthy to note that, according to Dr. Cathy Goodwin in her book “Making the Big Move”, 70% of new residents and families seek out a new Dentist within 6 months of their relocation. As such, 7 out of 10 recipients of our Welcome Kits are actively looking for a new Dentist.

I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.

Please reply to this email with your availability or call me at your earliest convenience.

For a faster response, or if you prefer, feel free to text me on my cell which is listed in my signature.

Thanks.
