Cane Ridge Dentist

Thanks again Mary!! You guys are awesome and I always leave with a smile on my face!!
Service great, professional staff
I loved this office! The Dentist was very informative and very knowledgeable about her craft. She gave me options and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. The hygienist as well as the office staff were pleasant. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For sure!
Almost 2 years later, I find out that I've wasted over $6000 (and they are asking for $3000 more) with this practice. All of the work performed has been or needs to be removed. The new dentist highly recommended I report them to the review board and sue for my money back.
When you call someone at 7:58 in the morning and you realize it's a wrong number... you really should apologize rather than just hanging up.
These people care more about my social media post than they do about the business I have with them! They can respond to my post because they don't want the public to know how they do business but they can't reach out to me via email or telephone and discuss with me the reason I sell off a sudden one them $1,800 from services rendered and paid in 2015! Dear God, what do I do now!
I just received my 2nd $1,800 bill from Cane Ridge Dentist. I guess they're not going to contact me as I've asked. I'm sure they're waiting to send me to connections. They can respond to a social media post but not contact a customer by phone or email. I pray that this doesn't happen to anyone else............... Everyone please beware!!! I was contacted a few weeks ago by someone from Cane Ridge Dentist who informed me that I owe them $1,800 from services in the year 2015! After going three years with a zero balance, they told me something about an insurance error! This is outrageous! I have email and called the Heartland home office, but I've yet to get a response! And during the first call of being notified after three whole years, I was threatened with being sent to collections. Now, my credit report may be compromised! I just don't understand! I will continue to call Heartland until I can get an acceptable answer to why I all of a sudden owe them $1,800.00!

[03/17/20]   To Our Patients:

Due to the newest developments in regards to COVID-19, the American Dental Association and Tennessee Dental Association have given recommendations on patient care with guidance from the CDC and NIH.

Due to these recommendations, starting Thursday, March 19th, our office will be closed to elective dental treatment. For 2 and a half weeks, we will be condensing our hours from 8am-1pm from Monday to Friday for emergency appointments.

We hope to resume a full schedule and our regular office hours and care April 6th at 8am.

We will continue to disinfect and sterilize our office, take temperatures of all who enter the office and require everyone to wash their hands.

Thank you for your understanding as we do our part to mitigate COVID-19.

Dr. Kapur and Dr. Stone

As you are fully aware, we are in the midst of a public health pandemic with the rise in cases of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in the United States. We want you to fully understand that our patients and their families are very important to us and it is our goal to ensure and protect the health and safety of each of you. As of today, March 16th, 2020, we still plan to continue regularly scheduled dental appointments for all of our patients. But we have made some adjustments at our office to better protect our patients, our team, and our doctors from accidental exposure to the COVID-19 virus.

As recommended by OSHA and the ADA, we will continue to utilize “Universal Precautions” as we always do, however, certain things in our office will be different until further notice.

1). First, all books, magazines and toys in our waiting room will be removed. These items tend to be constant sources of contact in our waiting room and are an easy way to reduce potential exposures to the virus were it to enter our office. We encourage you to bring your own entertainment such as iPads, music w/ earbuds, books for reading, etc.) If you prefer to wait in your vehicle until you are called, please tell the front desk and verify that we have your cell phone number on file so that we can call you when it is time to be seated in the treatment room.

2). Upon entry to our office, we are going to request that everyone wash their hands upon entry into the building in an effort to further reduce any exposures that could occur through contact. We also ask that you refrain from pointing in your mouth. Don’t touch your teeth. Don’t pull out your dentures, partials, or Invisalign aligners at any point during your visit. We don’t want ungloved fingers to touch saliva. Our clinical providers will touch your mouth with clean, gloved hands when necessary.

3). Your temperature will be taken prior to being seen. You will be rescheduled if you show any signs of fever. There will also be a screening of questions asked at the desk prior to you being seen.

4). We ask that if anyone in your household has a fever or concerning symptoms, that you politely call and notify us so that we can reschedule your appointment. While you may not exhibit symptoms for this virus, if someone else in your household has symptoms, you could be exposed and potentially carry it into the office. Our administrative team will try to verbally confirm your appointment on the phone and complete a triage on the phone to ensure the health safety and well-being of our team and other patients as well for anyone in the office.

5). Our team and doctors usually love talking and catching up on life with our patients and their families but we will now minimize conversations and socialization. We unfortunately will no longer receive patients with a handshake or a hug. We will minimize conversation. Please do not take it personal during this time if we just wave as you leave.

6). Finally, in the past, we have allowed family to come into the back during treatment appointments. During this time, we will politely request that you come alone for your appointment. If your child has an appointment, please only bring the child that has a scheduled appointment with us. We will only permit one adult per pediatric patient in the treatment areas to further reduce the potential for increased exposure to the Coronavirus during this time.

We are incredibly sorry that we have to implement these policies at this time, but as we expressed before, the health, safety, and well-being of our patients, our team, and our doctors are most important. It may be an inconvenience, but we are doing what we feel is best at this time to protect our patients and the practice. We will continue to operate with normal business hours, however, if increased concern or governmental orders are put in place requiring us to close temporarily, then we will do what is necessary. May God bless us all. We appreciate each of you and we hope you understand why these decisions are necessary. Thank you for your time and for reading this message in its entirety!
