[11/19/20] We want to thank all the patients and staff who have made Antelope Dental Associates a success as we celebrate our 24th anniversary today!
2020 has been quite a year so far! The staff at Antelope Dental Associates hopes you are doing well! We would like to let you know we are scheduling appointments for treatment as well as routine cleaning and exams. If you had an appointment that was postponed due to the pandemic, are due or overdue, we would be happy to schedule you when you are ready.
It is our top priority to keep you and your family healthy and safe. In an effort to keep you and our wonderful staff safe, we have expanded our universal precautions and are following guidelines set forth from the Department of Public Health and CDC which includes screening questions, temperature checks, providing hand sanitizer, providing masks as needed and practicing our usual high level of infection control.
We are asking our patients to please wear a mask while in our office. If you are not feeling well at the time of your scheduled appointment we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment.
We understand you may have insurance benefits to use by the end of the year. If you would like to maximize your benefits, please call our office to schedule your appointment soon as there are limited appointments available.
We look forward to seeing you at your next visit!
Here at Antelope Dental Associates, we wanted to let you know that we remain committed to you and your family to provide a safe environment to take care of urgent and emergency treatment during the COVID-19 public health emergency. Dental offices are deemed an essential business and are strongly recommended to stay open at this time to preserve capacity in urgent care and hospital emergency rooms. At this time we are postponing preventative hygiene and non-essential treatment.
As always, the well-being of our staff and patients is our number one priority. As we are serving our community we are practicing social distancing within the office as well as limiting the number of patients in our office at a time. We take infection control extremely serious. In addition to our usual sterilization practices, we use high-level disinfectant to regularly wipe down counter tops, door handles, restrooms and all areas in the reception where contact might occur. We ask all patients who believe they may be sick or have recently displayed any symptoms of illness to please stay home and follow government mandated procedures for sheltering in place. These are stressful times for a lot of people and we want to assure you all we are being vigilant.
Throughout this time, we want to continue to provide you with the best possible dental care to keep your smile on the right track. If you have an urgent need at this time, we have appointments available Monday-Friday. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your dental health, please give us a call at 916-331-6288 or email [email protected]. We will stay committed to helping you, and we look forward to seeing you at your next visit!
