Nancy will be calling all of the patients that we need to reschedule.
You may notice some different things in our office:
1. We will be calling you before your appointment to ask you some patient screening questions.
2. We are limiting the people in our waiting room, by spacing out our appointments more.
3. Your temperature will be taken before your appointment.
4. You will be asked screening questions on the day of your appointment.
5. We will be wearing and using more personal protective equipment.
6. We would encourage you to wear a mask into the office if you have one.
We will be smiling under our masks, and are so happy to be able to see our wonderful patients!

[05/02/20]   Another update:
Hopefully we will be able to see our wonderful patients starting in June.
Please call us if you have any dental questions.
We will be calling you if you have an appointment scheduled in May.

Another update from us!
Per Governor Tony Evers, we all should be following Safe at Home.
That being said we will reschedule all appointments scheduled from now until April 28,2020. Nancy will be calling patients to reschedule their appointments. If there is anything you need please call Nancy at 715-832-3385. She will be in the office periodically checking message and organizing things.
Please do not hesitate to call us if you have a dental emergency!
I have listed the dental emergency conditions below.

We can't wait to see our wonderful patients when we are able to open our office again!

If you are a patient of record please call us if you have any of the problems listed below.

We have reviewed the guidelines given to us from the federal, state, and local health authorities and at this time we have made the decision as recommended by the American Dental Association to temporarily close our office for any non-urgent dental procedures until April 6th. During this time, we will be available to handle any of your dental emergencies that arise. This also will help alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments.

Nancy will begin rescheduling appointments in the morning. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you by calling our office at 715-832-3385, emailing [email protected], or messaging us on facebook.
Our top priority is the health and well-being of the public and our dental team. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but together we can help overcome this pandemic.

Things are changing rapidly for us and everyone. I will post any changes as I find out.

David Kenyon, D.D.S.

[03/17/20]   Your overall health and wellness has always been our highest priority. We appreciate the growing concern with COVID-19 within our communities. After evaluating the most current information and reviewing all published guidelines, we remain confident in our ability to provide dental care in a safe and healthy environment at Kenyon Family Dental.

We are implementing the following additional precautions and recommendations to our patients and team members in light of COVID-19.

1. We recommend any patient stay home if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
• Use your best judgment. If you are sick, we will help you reschedule. If you are uncertain, please call our office prior to your appointment.
• If you attend your appointment and would feel most comfortable in a private room prior to the start of your appointment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. We will maintain a clean and safe environment and continue to comply with OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines.
• We have standard protocols in place to disinfect all surfaces and patient contact areas. We sterilize or safely dispose of all instruments and products used during patient care. We utilize personal protective equipment (e.g. masks, gloves, safety glasses) to keep you and team members safe.
• We have reviewed the procedures for proper hand hygiene, reinforced their importance, and encouraged accountability between team members.
• We have expanded and increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all common areas and facilities.
3. We support a healthy work environment for our employees.
• We have requested our team to not be present at our office if they are experiencing symptoms. To support our team in this effort, we are providing two weeks of additional paid sick leave to all team members.
We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and the American Dental Association and will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and local public health officials. With new information, we will make the necessary adjustments to our operations and will keep you informed of any changes.

Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in the care you receive at Kenyon Family Dental. If you have questions or concerns, please get in touch. We’re in this together and here to help!
