Here is a copy of the consumer report I just filed: The above product was used by my Denturist to line my upper denture while in the process of getting a new permanent denture. By the following day I was in severe discomfort which continued for months!! I have learned that what happened was Burning Mouth Syndrome which there are reports that this can be a side effect of this product. There was severe burning of my gums, my throat, my palate and my tongue and now after even 8 months there is still residual burning on the the tip of tongue, at times the palate and the throat.
There is no caution provided with the product, none provided to the denturist and none to the client.
I have opened a file with Health Canada.
I have emailed the company's vigilance officer - Mark Heiss - he does not respond!! I have also filed a complaint with the College of Alberta Denturists ,as that is where this occurred, the denturist felt it was not his responsibility to warn me of possible side effects etc.
I have posted on FB page for GC America and the posts are removed. I have messaged the company - no response.
My next step is to get a Lawyer
So product is being put in mouths and in some cases there is bad reactions and no one is responsible for the damage this causes. No warning is provided. GC America is aware that this occurs.
On their website there is a detailed Hazard Warning - very scary stuff as this is a flammable product, lots of chemicals etc - but not one warning involving the client/consumer.

I was given GC'sCoe-Comfort Tissue Conditioner during reline of a new denture and developed Burning Mouth Syndrome the next day and now even after 8 months and not having it in my mouth I still have residual burning of tip of my tongue and sometimes palate. I have contacted them about this as they have no warning to users of the product or to the Denturists about possible side effects.
GC is aware of this side effect. I have tried reaching Mark Heiss there fellow that should be attending to this matter. Only had one brief response and since then I have tried another 4 times - no response.
This burning mouth syndrome is a terrible and very very painful thing.
It is not professional of any company to not help people that have been injured by their product.
I have reported this matter to Health Canada and the College of Denturists.

I posted yesterday and it was removed - it was about the product Coe-comfort Tissue Conditioner. I had a new denture lined with this GC Product and it caused severe Burning Mouth Syndrome - burning on gums, down throat, on palate and on tongue.
GC does not give any warning to users of the product.
GC does not address concerns.
GC does not apologize
GC does not answer emails.

My contact person is supposed to be Mark Heiss - he does not respond to emails.

The retention of a preparation typically plays a big role in cement selection for indirect restorations.

Check out this video where Dr. Maragliano-Muniz and Dr. Dudney discuss how the G-CEM ONE™ system makes the cementation process simple and versatile as it provides a single solution for retentive and non-retentive preparations.

As a result of advances in dental materials, dentists now have the option of using high strength injectable composite. Improvements in composite polymerization shrinkage, reduction of internal stress and occlusal wear, have made injectable composite a great aesthetic option. These improvements make treating Class V (abfraction), Class I, Class II, and Class IV lesions easy and predictable, creating final restorations that surpass patient expectations. This course will demonstrate how to use high strength injectable composite so that an aesthetic and predictable outcome can be achieved.

There you are, staring at a broken-down posterior tooth and the question, how best to rebuild after endodontic treatment? Is a post needed, and if not, how do we create the most fracture resistant core, such that if an asteroid hit your patient head on, the core would still be intact? This study was actually conducted in space and the study showed more damage to the asteroid than to the core of the tooth.

OK… now that I have your attention, truth be told, this course will focus on how best to create the most fracture resistant core.
