I have to say that I was the biggest baby that I could not even think about getting any work done on my teeth because of past dental experiences. I so needed it though.., Dr Jeff is amazing!! I had no pain!! He has such a wonderful attitude and a great wisdom in what he does. The staff are very, very sweet. The office is very clean and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We believe our patients deserve to have the information needed to make wise choices about their oral health.

Starchy foods such as cookies, chips, crackers, and bread, are all kid favorites, but they are usually high in refined carbohydrates which get broken down into sugar. These foods are often sticky and can get stuck on the groovy surfaces of the teeth, which can increase the risk of cavities.

Dentistry FAQ: Is it better to brush after every meal?

Not really. Your body is designed to care for itself. Saliva production limits the need to clean teeth after everything you eat. While brushing a third time each day isn't necessarily harmful, it isn't needed, and excessive brushing can have adverse effects over time.
