We all know how important it is to brush your teeth, but did you know that you can actually brush your teeth too hard? Over-brushing or brushing too forcefully can cause real damage! Your brushes are built to clean your teeth so you should brush with some force but you should never feel like you’re scrubbing. Keep brushing your teeth but be careful not to go too hard!
