Best group of people i have ever had the pleasure of working with! They care about your children and about each other!! If you are thinking you have been kept waiting for your turn Please remember it is because they are taking the same care of the child before yours as they will with yours. I I am proud to have called them my coworkers and my friends
I didn't know yall used force to restrain a child and as a result, leaving bruises on the neck and face !!! Smfh
Wait time here is horrid it should not take two or three hours to be seen and took care of, other than that the staff are great ,denist seems good but watching kids go back that were here after you came in needs to be addressed im not the only parent saying this about vital smiles , I've been here sense 8:20 it's now 9:39 we are still in waiting room and who knows how much longer we have to wait..work on this please it's every visit for us
The staff are friendly the denist is really nice and comforting , but the wait time here is horrid each time I come im spending two or three hours here each visit, as if all I have to do is stay at the denist office and nothing else to do with my day. I've never experienced such a long wait time anywhere else, sadly I feel less important to be seen when I watch kids go back that came in after my children.. so im giving this place a 2 stars ,you guys need to get it together as far as patients first come first serve sitting out in waiting room should be a hour tops for any place.
Please stay safe! In anticipation of the storm, Vital Smiles Albany will be closed on Monday. If your child had an appointment scheduled during that time, you should have received a cancellation notification. Please give us a call when we are back in the office and we will be happy to answer any questions and help you find a time to reschedule! We apologize for any inconvenience!
Yall really need to do better..son appt. Was at 8:30...got called back at 9:35 and he still back there for one filling...damn sholl thinking about changing dentist cuz every year yall get worse n worse
I love vital smiles!!! The staff is very helpful and polite. They give very detailed information about my children's oral health. Melba rocks! She's polite and kind and very genuine about her job!!! Again I love Vital Smiles!!!

I LIKE TO TAKE TIME TO THINK MELBA POLITE FOR GREAT SERVICE AND HER ABILITY TO MAKE KIDS OF ALL AGES FEEL AT HOME AND PEACEFUL.MELBA IS VERY NICE AND VERY INTELLIGENT IN HER JOB AND PARENTS..THANKS MELBA JOB WELL DONE..
Vital Smiles is my children Dentist... Melba and the rest of the staff is very friendly, and they also is fast and courteous. Melba Polite Patterson makes sure that she explains everything. Thanks Melba
Apparently you cannot rate this office but if I could, it would rank a 0. That is how horrible it is. My child was rescheduled at least 4 times before we came in for this 5th time. We waited over 1 hour before being called back. This is utterly ridiculous and what makes it even worse is the staff did not care. Horrible patient care and we definitely will not be back.

In our Albany office we strive to provide children of all backgrounds with the best dental care.

What is Dental Anxiety? - Vital Smiles of Georgia

Let’s just start by saying that dental phobia is real. In some cases, it has really obvious causes (such as a traumatic childhood dentist experience); in other cases, the cause is harder to pinpoint. But it’s a real thing. Going to the dentist can trigger the same kind of terror for some people, that others might feel about spiders or heights or flying or needles or…you get the picture.

We all know how important it is to brush your teeth, but did you know that you can actually brush your teeth too hard? Over-brushing or brushing too forcefully can cause real damage! Your brushes are built to clean your teeth so you should brush with some force but you should never feel like you’re scrubbing. Keep brushing your teeth but be careful not to go too hard!
